Dragon Exec is a secure and dedicated resource that is designed to allow companies and individuals alike access to the best Executive, Senior Managerial and Non Executive appointments and talents available within the Welsh and West of England geographical areas.

Many companies, employers and indeed individuals would have experienced the difficulty in resourcing the appropriate individuals for Executive and Non-Executive posts or tried to find that ever elusive challenging senior appointment.

In doing this we try to ensure that we provide the best scope of talent available therefore, there are a number of pre-qualifying requirements; these would include the experience gained by the individual, their accountability and responsibilities.

We aim to provide the best service that we can to our clients and candidates therefore it is envisaged that this resource will only be available to the very best individuals with proven and evidential experience within their particular disciplines. 

Qualification

To be eligible to register within this section you must ideally have gained the following experience:

• Have gained at least seven years experience as Senior Board or Director level

• Have held full P&L responsibility of at least £400,000

 • Have a proven and evidential success record in either developing and/or managing a substantial business
